A Website Company Helping Tampa Reach Some New Vitality

New Vitality approached Startup Street in need of a fresh, clean and professional brand for their growing health clinic.  Through our combination of professional consulting and amazing website design, Startup Street was able to deliver an amazing website that sets them apart from virtually every other similar clinic in the area.

Startup Consulting

Startup Street worked with New Vitality in order to create the following:

  1. Offers and Services:  New Vitality needed clarity and organization in terms of what they were offering.  The services were grouped into two main categories, Concierge Weight Management and IV Infusions, each with their own pages that broke down the services further in a clear and easy to understand manner.
  2. Payment/Financing:  New Vitality offered payment plans for more expensive treatments, but this offer was not apparent or explained well.  We placed the offer on the homepage, the menu, and various other pages throughout the website.
  3. Proof Devices:  In order to generate trust in the company, Startup Street developed three key metrics which are front and center on the website- Year Established, Total Pounds Lost and Number of Success Stories.
  4. Online Booking:  After a few back and forth attempts, the online software for booking was chosen and installed, making sure that it functioned according to the needs of New Vitality.
Startup Advice: Proof Devices

Proof devices are metrics and stats that help to assure the prospect that they are making a wise decision.  These items should always be placed on the homepage, and incorporate items such as total sales, total clients, etc.  Anything that showcases you are in fact a legit company.  Consumers are wary of a bad experience when shopping for a new service, so help them understand you are professional and take your career seriously.

Website Design Branding for New Vitality

The entire design process came out clean and professional, with an inviting feel.  A green color pallet was selected, and the overall flow of the website was well organized and provided clear, definitive guidance as to what prospective clients are reading.

The menu was designed as a pop-out menu, featuring a clean white background that helps to drive home the clean/medical feel we were looking for.

Before and after pictures with accompanying stories were developed, in order to help prospects realize that they are not alone, while also providing proof of the service to help ease the initial fears of reaching out.

Startup Advice: Repetitive Sections

Many times it makes sense to have certain sections of a website duplicated on each page.  Examples of these can be calls to action, payment/financing options, and proof devices.  This is important to both create a uniform look and feel to the site, while also driving home important points that help the prospective client understand they are making a wise decision.

Branding

Startup Street worked with New Vitality to create a logo that was clean, modern and provided the type of feel that New Vitality needed as a medical industry company.  The fonts were slightly manipulated to provide a unique look, while also providing a clean and modern font for the rest of the marketing and website design.

Startup Advice: Logo Design

Logos are meant to be ‘subtly” interesting.  What this means is that people should look at it and be intrigued, and perhaps even realize a feature or two once they look further.  Too many times companies end up with logos that look more like a drawing, or have nothing interesting at all.  More times than not, less is more with logo design.

CONCLUSION

New Vitality was thrilled with how this project, as were we.  The site looks amazing, and they now appear to deliver the level of service that they always do.  If your company is in need of website design, either as a startup (link to startup page) or an existing company that needs a rebrand, Startup Street has you covered.
