The Onboarding
We set up and organize all working folders, documents, and sheets, then conduct thorough research on your company, competitors, and industry to lay the groundwork for an amazing product/marketing/launch.
Your “Kickoff Meeting” – our first collaborative dive into the project – is scheduled. Our thorough onboarding process lays the groundwork for everything else, providing you an informative and organized experience from start to finish.
Project Setup
Stay organized with project docs, sheets and folders created and organized in one central location.
Project Roadmap
Reduce confusion with a clear game plan and time table.
Research
Set expectations and brand guidelines with our in-house research process, where we compile the best of the best in your industry.
The Delivery
Beginning with your “Kickoff Meeting”, we get to work on your project/marketing/launch, with open communication, thorough research meetings scheduled as needed (usually every couple weeks, more if needed).
This part of the process is collaborative, allowing you to stay in the know, provide feedback and receive updates. The approach we’ve created over the years allows for a fun, engaged and well-organized roadmap that you can both understand and trust.

Our Offboarding/Support process consists of educational and training materials, information pertinent to your project (suggested next steps, summary of deliverables, logins, etc) and tailored support options to ensure your success. The length and scope of ongoing assistance depends on your project type (websites/ongoing marketing/startup launches), duration and level needed. We pride ourselves on being around for the long run, helping however we can.

Note: The Triangle Process is loosely based on the “Triangle Offense” from the Michael Jordan-led Chicago Bulls era. Tex Winter and Phil Jackson brought a collaborative, innovative - yet simple- approach to the offense, allowing individual talent to flourish while increasing the team effort required to win.
