In other words, they needed a brand identity. So Startup Street got to work, building the initial foundation of the brand and coupling it with amazing website design that reflected the vibe they were after.
Consulting
A major element of our website design process is always the initial upfront consulting work, helping to organize the information into consistent, easy to digest “buckets” and making sure that the entire company is laid out on paper into clear categories, subcategories and additional items.
As with many real estate portfolios, gathering the information needed is tedious work. Tedious yet needed, as creating a similar experience – with both visuals and data – for users as they go from property to property is extremely important in terms of presenting a professional brand and experience.
The team at Startup Street managed to get the portfolio organized, developed the company-level features and benefits, along with other items on the website, ensuring that when visited by investors, the experience was impressive.

Website Design for Commercial Real Estate Investment
We worked with the team at MM George to develop a brand that reflected their viewpoints, a brand that was professional yet warm and welcoming, and providing a slight boutique feel to it. Once the initial homepage design was completed and agreed upon, the rest of the website came together seamlessly.
Startup Street developed the concepts on the About and Strategy pages with the insight of the MM George team, and worked to make sure that the various portfolio pages were both professional and easy to understand.
JV Partnerships and Investor Inquiry pages were added as well, and with a slight rebrand of their existing logo, the entire project came together, creating a truly standout website in the commercial real estate space.
Logo Design
MM George already an existing logo, it just needed to be cleaned up a bit. Startup Street simplified it, rearranged it for better spacing, and cleaned it up into something that better resembled a professional commercial real estate company. This was not a large task, but a needed one.
Video Production
Video tours and explainer videos are an incredible value add for any real estate website with a portfolio. Startup Street worked with the videographers in Arizona, creating a detailed shot list for each property. Once completed, Startup Street received the video files and edited them accordingly, creating beautiful, short form videos that help website visitors – and potential investors – visualize the work of MM George.
All videos were created in a templated process, providing MM George the framework for future videos and assuming consistency for website viewers.
