Commercial Claims Advocate: Website Development for Insurance Coaching

Expert Website Development for Insurance Claims Coaching

Vince Perri – aka the Commercial Claims Advocate – has built his career on providing amazing service to those in need of help with their insurance claims, along with teaching hundreds and hundreds across the industry how to do it better, more efficiently and more ethically.

Commercial Claims Advocate – the coaching/networking/teaching arm of Vince’s career – had a TON to offer.  What it didn’t have was someone to help make sense of it all, get it all on paper, organize it, and then wrap in the type of brand that Vince had created over the years.

Startup Street got to work.

Consulting

First on the list of “things to figure out” was which CRM/Course Creation/Platform should we use.  After checking out quite a few, Kajabi was chosen as the platform that would work best.  While the website was built in WordPress and features a full ecommerce store, many of the items would link to Kajabi in order to trigger the marketing and follow up conversations.

Once that critical component was figured out, the rest of the upfront work was based on what were the offers, how to release them, how to incorporate the events into some of them, and then – considering multiple other offers outside of the store such as masterminds, etc – how are we going to organize all of this on website?

All of the offers and services were categorized into the following core categories:

Resources:  Newsletter, Blog, Affiliates and News

Offers: Courses, Handbooks, Mastermind and Consulting

Media:  Youtube Videos, Podcasts and Webinar

Events: All upcoming CCA events

Once the roadmap was established, it was time to figure out the branding and put it all together.

Website Development

Vince had been working the brand for quite some time, so it was just a matter of reviewing it all, doing up some rough concepts, a few meetings and then Startup Street was off to the races.

The website came out amazing, a seamless experience from start to finish, every page being clear and on-brand.  Being that the three largest revenue drivers are Courses, Masterminds and Consulting, we made sure they stood out on the homepage, the first things people see once they begin scrolling.  The events section was next, as the events tend to be the vehicle that drives sales for the aforementioned offers.

The Free PA Handbook was placed throughout the website as a lead generation tool.  While this site was set up on WordPress, all leads were ran through Kajabi, allowing their powerful email drip campaigns to operate to their fullest potential.

The menu was designed as an off-canvas popout, with collapsable dropdowns.  A nice and clean way to present menu items without the clunky-ness of top-down menus.

Podcasts, Youtube and the Webinars were set up as embedded features, allowing them to automatically update on the website once loaded into their prospective homes (Youtube, Spotify, etc).

In Conclusion

All in all, the website is on-brand, features Vince throughout and is easy to navigate.  Also, it was set up in a manner that will allow the team at CCA to update and add as they go, without turning into a disorganized mess.
