Startup Street is proud to announce that Little Black Door – launched by founder Chelsea Larkins – is now open for business!

Chelsea came to Startup Street to inquire about startup consulting with regards to opening her own salon with a focus on stylist specialization and a brand that captures a classic feel with a modern twist. Startup Street worked with Chelsea through our business plan package, developing and analyzing a variety of ways to structure the company, along with financial projections based on each scenario.

This provided Chelsea with a solid understanding of how the business would function, how much income to expect from each chair in the salon, along with a general understanding of inventory needs, inventory management software and other items such as typical lease rates for a salon, production limits per chair, etc.

Our vision at TLBD is simple - We want to be the leading salon for employee and guest retention alike pertaining to the West Florida Region.
